Pierre-François Ouellette art contemporain is proud to present Dil Hildebrand's first New York solo show at VOLTA NY. Hildebrand will unveil four new large Studio paintings from his ongoing exploration of the artist's workspace. Two paintings from this series, exhibited last fall at the gallery were recently acquired by the National Gallery of Canada. A number of smaller works will also be exhibited.
Now in its 4th edition, VOLTA NY was introduced in 2008 as a partner to the prestigious Armory Show. VOLTA NY was conceived as a tightly curated solo project fair highlighting the best of today's cutting-edge art to complement its more established sibling. Both fairs work closely together, sharing VIP programs, panel series and shuttles. The individual presentations require direct involvement and the presence of the artist, giving the visitor more direct access akin to a studio visit.

Dil HIldebrand has been selected to be part of a rotating exhibition program featuring the work of artists represented by ADAC members at New York's premier art fair, The Armory Show. The painting will be exhibited on the first two days of the fair, Wednesday, March 2nd and Thursday, March 3rd.
