[Le français suit] “From a perspective of emancipation and resistance, we see videos of Iranian women on Instagram who, through song, dance and acrobatic movements in public spaces, carry on their struggle for freedom and democracy in Iran. In this work, the movement of women doing somersaults in the streets, represented through print stains and image transfer, evokes the flight of birds, free between sky and earth, becoming bird-women.” — LZ

» — LZ
