Un calligramme est un poème dont la typographie et la disposition graphique sur la page forme un dessin. Guillaume Apollinaire est l'inventeur du mot formé par le télescopage de calligraphie et idéogramme. Ecrit en 1916, Il Pleut faisait partie de Calligrammes. Le poème est ici réinterprété. »

He settled in Paris, frequented artistic circles and worked as a journalist, poet, art critic and lecturer. An artilleryman in the French army, he was wounded in the head in 1916 and died in 1918 after publishing Calligrammes.
