_______

A Cluster of White Flowers was produced at the time along side Daikon, White Leaf and the Blue Sphere. It was the time that environmental issues occupied my mind and that I was looking for solutions through fictional narrative and construction to dissect and to alter my understanding or burden of reality. The work preserves and amplifies the residue of a found object, a cluster of flowers falling on the ground when I was walking back home. That encounter brought my attention to a sense of longing and loss, and the form of the cluster of flowers generated certain joy as if a passing season would be kept for the future.
