Style(s) similaire(s): Cornrows, Goddess Braids. » - Stephane Alexis

“The earliest discovery of Ghana braids were made on hieroglyphics and sculptures made around 500 BC. This style was ingrained in many African traditions, ranging from religious and social, to ethnic and cultural. These three-strand braids begin thin at the roots and widen towards the middle to thin out towards the ends, flowing down the back or shoulders. Elaborate styles are usually created along the scalp. Similar style(s): Cornrows, Goddess Braids.” - Stephane Alexis
